We aim to engage athletes at any stage in their swimming experience through a variety of training exercises and hope to inspire you to compete and grow along the way.

Practice Schedule - begins August 15th
Practices are held 5 days per week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Practice times may vary during holiday seasons and during summer. We recommend that swimmers participate in 3+ practices per week; swimmers 8 and up are required to attend 2 or more practices each week, swimmers 6-7 are required to attend 1 or more practices each week.
You will get out of this team what you put into it! The more practices that you attend, the stronger you will be and the more competition ready you will be. |

Our Athletes
Our athletes are like minded individuals with a passion for swimming and a drive to work hard! We recommend that athletes are between the ages of 6 and 12 years old with a minimum background of freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers will learn all of the necessary skills to be competent on the team including flip turns, breathing techniques, diving and more
Meet Our Coaches
Our coaches are lifelong swimming and aquatics enthusiasts with experience, training and a commitment to your athletes. Each of our coaches is a certified lifeguard through the American Red Cross and has gone through Safety Training, Concussion Protocol Training and is registered with USA Swimming.

Equipment
It is recommended that all swimmers wear a practice swimsuit each day, this should include a one-piece for girls and either a jammer or speedo for boys.
Other equipment needed includes swim caps, competition goggles, fins/flippers, kickboards and pull buoys. We have some equipment that can be utilized by our team; however, we do recommend acquiring your own personal equipment as you swim along with us on your competition journey.
Please ALWAYS bring a water bottle and snack to practice.
If you have medical equipment like an inhaler or epi-pens, please bring to practice and provide to coaches as needed.

While the goal of our swim team is to create lifelong swimmers with a variety of skills and techniques, we do not expect that you will compete. Rather, we encourage you to register for competitions with us only when you’re ready.
